Warranty Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
We sell genuine parts. Where a manufacturer offers a warranty, it applies to the part you buy from us.
What's covered
- The warranty comes from the part's manufacturer, on their terms and for the period they set.
- It covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear.
- Consumables such as filters, oil, brake pads, cables and bulbs usually have no warranty beyond arriving free of defects.
What isn't covered
- Damage from incorrect fitting, accidents, misuse, modification or water getting in.
- Parts used on a bike model they aren't listed for.
- Normal wear, or parts whose serial numbers or warranty labels have been removed or tampered with.
How to make a claim
- Keep your invoice, and the part's warranty card if it came with one.
- Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We'll help with the claim, or direct you to the manufacturer's authorised service centre if the brand requires it.
- The manufacturer inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it.
Fitting advice
We recommend having parts fitted by a qualified mechanic. Incorrect fitting is the most common reason a warranty claim is refused.
