Terms & Conditions

• You log in with your mobile number and an OTP. Please keep your phone secure. You're responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Please give accurate names, phone numbers and addresses so we can deliver your order.

• We try to keep product details, images and bike-model compatibility accurate. Images are for illustration, and packaging may vary.
• Please check that a part fits your bike before ordering. If you're unsure, ask us first.
• Parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic. We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Your bill at checkout shows the item total, GST and delivery fee before you pay.
• All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
• Prices and stock can change without notice. If we can't fulfil an order after payment, for example because an item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations and refunds (we don't accept returns) are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty claims are covered by our Warranty Policy.

Reviews must be honest and about the product you bought. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.

Please don't misuse this website. That includes trying to access other people's accounts or orders, interfering with its security, or placing fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that do.

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
