• Mobile number: to log you in with a one-time password (OTP) and to contact you about your orders.
• Name and delivery addresses: the ones you save, used to deliver your orders.
• Orders: items, amounts, order status, refunds and any reviews you write.
• Payment references: Razorpay payment and order IDs. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser, used for security and to prevent abuse.

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including cancellations and refunds.
• To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations, such as GST invoicing.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We only share what each service needs to do its job:

• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Our delivery partner: your name, phone number and delivery address, to deliver your order.
• SMS provider: your mobile number, to send login OTPs.
• Government authorities, where the law requires it.

We use a secure login cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie to remember your language. Your browser also stores your cart, recent searches and delivery location on your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Login sessions expire automatically, and you can log out at any time.

• You can view and edit your saved addresses at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account (except for records we must keep by law) by contacting us.

Our website uses HTTPS, login sessions are stored in secure cookies, and payments are handled by Razorpay. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
