Shipping Policy

We currently deliver only within Pune, to addresses with a pincode starting with 411. Addresses outside Pune can't be used for delivery yet. We'll announce new cities as we add them.

• The delivery fee is calculated at checkout for your exact address and shown in the bill before you pay.
• Every order is fully prepaid online, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Once your payment is confirmed, we pack your order and book a local delivery partner. The rider picks it up from our store and brings it straight to you. Once it's out for delivery, you can follow the rider live on the order page.

Open My Orders to see each order's status: Order Placed, Preparing, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered.

If the courier cancels a delivery or the rider can't reach you, we'll re-book it or contact you on your registered mobile number. Please check that your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
